A Little Update

A few weeks ago, I sent a query to a literary agent about the book that I wrote last year, In The Company Of Legends.  About a day or two later I received an e-mail reply that they were interested in my proposal and to send them a couple of chapters for them to further evaluate.

I sent them the chapters and lo and behold they continue to be interested and asked to read the whole manuscript. If they like the book, I could be picked up by them to sell my book to a publisher.  To have an agent selling a book to a publisher has always been described as the best way to go in establishing yourself as a writer. So I’m hoping for the best here.

It’s still a long way to go, but I’m hopeful.  I got to keep a straight head about this, but I can’t help but feel encouraged.
